Sweet Dreams Hydrosol 4oz

Sweet Dreams hydrosol is formulated with mugwort and rose geranium to help calm skin and connect to your dream world. It works well with all skin types including dry, combination, and oily and is safe for teens.  Mugwort helps soothe sensitive skin and redness on the face or scalp, resetting the health of the skin microbiome while rose geranium is a dermal adaptogen supporting your skin by regulating moisture and guiding it back to a state of balanced pH. 

Additionally this pairing reduces inflammation, generates collagen, and heals scars or blemishes giving a more even tone. Energetically mugwort enhances lucid dreaming and rose geranium offers protection and healing for matters of the heart. Please note that mugwort may not be suitable for those who are pregnant as it can cause menstruation.

Handcrafted in small batches using an alembic copper still over 3-4 hours, hydrosols are great for skin and hair and can be used on both. My hydrosols are made from plants grown locally and harvested ceremonially with permission of the plant itself.

Face

Mist face with 5-10 sprays of hydrosol. This product can be used throughout the day or evening to refresh skin and moisturize. I recommend sealing moisture in by combining with our Sensitive Skin Face Serum. Add a dime-sized amount of oil with 5-10 sprays of hydrosol in your hand, then gently press into clean skin. Alternatively, mist face with 5-10 sprays of hydrosol. Apply a face oil or another moisturizer on top before hydrosol dries to seal in the full benefits of moisturization.

Hair

Mist hair with 7-10 sprays of hydrosol. Can be used before brushing to help detangle and protect hair from breakage. To set curls using hydrosol after showering, scrunch 5+ sprays of hydrosol into curls going in sections. Finish by misting your whole head and blow drying with a diffuser.
